Assessing Agent

The Town of North Berwick shares an Assessing Agent with the Town of South Berwick.  The Assessing Agent works 3 days in South Berwick and 2 days in North Berwick. The Assessing Agent is responsible for valuing all real estate and personal property in the Town in accordance with State of Maine statutes under the guidance of the Select Board.
